Laurence Jones-Williams

I have spent the last 6 years directing Rethinking Economics, an international charity working to transform economics education for people and planet, growing the organisation from 30 group members to 140. In this time, I have fed into educational and economic policy for the United Nations, German government, developed strategies to transform the economics curriculums at over 10 universities and trained over 300 young leaders. In addition to my work with Rethinking Economics, I have taught Maths, Physics, Economics and English to primary and secondary school students and I have provided organisational consultancy to small NGOs such as the Greater Manchester Tenants Union, which I also co-founded, the New Economy Organisers Network, Economy Studies, Nesta and several university departments.

I am in my final year of a 2 year Masters: Leadership and Consulting from a Systems and Psychodynamic Perspective at the Tavistock and Portman Trust, accredited by Essex University. For this reason, I am currently offering services at a very low cost for small and medium size organisations.
